Instructions

• We would like to inform you that applying for a visa may take upto three months to be issued.
• The following documents are required:
  • A copy of the passport in an image format. (Not larger than 2MB)
  • The nearest Saudi embassy or consulate where you will apply for the visa
  • A personal photo (optional)
  • The same documents are required for each family member who will accompany you
  • Family members are: wife/husband and children only
  • The email used to apply for the visa must be the same email used in abstract submission for ICES2023 conference
  • You can save your data in each step but once you submit your application you will not be able to modify your data.
